By blockading Ukraine’s Black Sea ports, Moscow is holding millions of tons of grain hostage and has shut down the largest sectors of Ukraine’s economy. Faced with a global food crisis, NATO leaders are now seeking a settlement to lift the blockade that may surrender Ukrainian territory and sovereignty to Russia.
