Today marks the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine—an event that fundamentally altered the security of the transatlantic community in a way not seen since World War II. It is important to mark and remember these anniversaries. That is why Hudson Institute was honored to host Ukraine’s new ambassador to the United States, Olga Stefanishyna, to discuss the current state of the conflict and ongoing efforts toward peace.

As the war enters its fifth year, we should not lose sight of the facts: Russia is the aggressor, Ukraine is the victim, and a safe, sovereign, and secure Ukraine is directly in America’s national interest.
